（加西网综合）加拿大联邦政府于2021年2月21日晚上8:59（太平洋标准时间）起，要求所有入境加拿大的航空旅客在机场接受新冠病毒检测，并在指定酒店隔离检疫3天等待测试结果。但是，有旅客抱怨加拿大防疫措施混乱，政府公布的客服电话无人接听，隔离酒店根本订不上。
鉴于这种情况，联邦政府公布，将有部分隔离酒店开放网上预约服务，BC省隔离酒店增至9间，其中有2间可以在线预订。

根据联邦政府网页显示，BC省温哥华国际机场认可的隔离酒店现已增加到9间，全部位于机场附近的列治文市，其中2间酒店可以接受网上预订，分别是温哥华机场费尔蒙酒店（Fairmont Vancouver Airport）以及温哥华机场威斯汀华尔中心酒店（Westin Wall Centre Vancouver Airport）
