（加西网综合）B.C省政府表示，为阻止汽车超速驾驶，BC省在35个路口已经安装了交通摄像头，会对超速汽车自动开出超速罚单 。

BC省府于今天周二在声明中宣布变化这一变化，强调任何 “忽视新的警示标志在BC省风险最高的十字路口超速驾驶，将会收到自动超速罚单 。”

省府通过审查BC省140个配备红灯摄像头的十字路口的速度和交通事故数据，确定了在全省这容易发生事故的35个路口安装交通摄像头。

该安装交通摄像头将自动将罚单发给超速车辆所登记的车主。  

公共安全厅长兼副检察长迈克.法恩沃思指，BC省交通事件发生率达到创纪录的水平 ，每天超过900起，大约60％的撞车事故都发生在路口。 

路口安全摄像机计划报告指平均每年有10,500辆车辆超速。

省府指车速一直是这些交叉路口发生伤亡事故的”杀手“，交叉路口每年总共发生超过11,500次碰撞事故。

省府公布这35个安装交通摄像头的位置，但没有透露车速多少会触发交通摄像头。
